What are Buddy Walks?
When two households, both alike in dignity and pawsonality come together. This is a personalised service to consider as it will be less stressful than group or pack walks, especially for dogs who may feel overwhelmed. Perhaps you have a puppy or young dog that needs to learn with an older dog who can lead by example? If both dogs are comfortable, the Buddy service will work perfectly.
Before pairing your dog with another dog, our walkers will gradually introduce them together on a gentle, controlled walk. We are experienced in animal behaviour and have a deep understanding of their needs. If unfortunately your dog isn’t compatible, we will suggest our Solo dog walking service instead. Only compatible dogs will be walked together for this service.

The Benefits…
Socialisation: Dog’s communicate with each other through body language. This is important when learning to socialise with other dogs.
Friendship: Your dog can build a friendship and look forward to seeing each other on the walk. Sometimes all we need is a buddy!
Training: A buddy dog can help a puppy or dog in training learn to focus on it’s owner while ignoring surrounding distractions.
Desensitisation: Nervous or shy dogs will eventually gain confidence in the big wide world on their walks alongside their buddy.
